Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Orbit and related services offered by Demo Studio (“I”, “me”, or “we”). They work together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App Store

If you download or purchase Orbit through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, except where these terms are more specific.

License

I grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Orbit for your own purposes, subject to the store or purchase terms under which you obtained it. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app, and you may not reverse-engineer or modify it except where applicable law allows.

Bugs and reliability

Software can fail. Orbit is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up important data. I am not liable for ordinary bugs, downtime, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.

Refunds

App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request help at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is wrong with the app,

contacting me at hello@example.com first is appreciated so I can try to fix it.

Support

I read every message sent to hello@example.com. As a small team / solo developer, I may not answer every one, but I aim to reply within a reasonable time.

Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, and content are owned by Demo Studio or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes

I may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
